Antarctic Royal Seafood are now proud sponsors of Bocuse d'Or Australia.

The Bocuse d’Or – also known as the culinary olympics – is the world’s most prestigious culinary contest for chefs all over the world, and this year The Bocuse d’Or International Organising Committee (IOC) has announced that Team Australia is among the five Asia Pacific teams selected for the Bocuse d’Or Grand Final in Lyon, 2025.

Australia’s Chef Dan Arnold will be accompanied to Lyon by Commis Chef Chris Milligan, Coach Philippe Mouchel, and Jury Member Scott Pickett. As sponsors we are very much looking forward to attending the event in May next year, and helping promote South Australian-made products on the world stage.
